We care about the environment and animals
We approach every job with respect – for your property, your time, and the bigger picture. Our focus is on practical, responsible land solutions that improve and restore rather than damage. Whether we’re installing new gravel driveways, cleaning up messy junky areas, or preparing your property for its next phase, we work with care and intention.
Living our values: We run an animal sanctuary
Creekside Sanctuary in Fincastle is a peaceful animal rescue farm where compassion and care guide everyday life. The sanctuary is home to a diverse group of residents, including senior equine and dogs – each given the individualized attention, comfort, and dignity they deserve.
Meet the owner
Jason Harper
Owner
A Love of Earth, Tech and Tractors
Jason’s love for the land — and for machines — started early. At 12 years old, he could usually be found happily zipping around on a well-worn lawn tractor he worked on. That childhood fascination with “anything with a motor” never left — but neither did his deep respect for animals and the natural world.
With a degree in Natural Resource Management and a lifelong commitment to environmental stewardship, Jason founded True North Land Services to bridge those two passions. His mission is simple: use the right equipment, the right way, to help people get meaningful work done while protecting soil, water, wildlife, and habitat.
