Need a spot for a new barn, shed, garage, driveway, or future project? That all starts with solid groundwork through Grading & Excavation.

At True North Land Services, we love transforming rough, uneven, or hard-to-use areas into clean, functional spaces that are ready for what’s next. Whether you’re preparing for a new building, correcting drainage issues, or reclaiming overgrown terrain, we focus on grading and excavation work that improves both the appearance and usability of your property.

A properly prepared site does more than just “look level.” Good grading helps control water flow, reduce erosion, improve drainage, and create a stable foundation that will hold up over time. Done correctly, it can save property owners major headaches down the road.

We regularly help homeowners and property owners with:

• Barn & shed site prep
• Gravel and building pads
• Land leveling & reshaping
• Drainage correction
• Swales & water runoff control
• Erosion prevention
• Driveway prep & expansion
• General excavation and property cleanup

No two properties are exactly alike, which is why we take the time to evaluate the land, slope, drainage patterns, and intended use before starting work. Our goal is always to create practical, long-lasting solutions — not rushed shortcuts that create bigger problems later.

We take pride in doing the job the right way the first time, with careful planning, attention to detail, and dependable communication throughout the project. Whether we’re preparing a site for your next building project or fixing problem areas that have frustrated you for years, we treat every property like it matters — because it does.

At the end of the day, we simply enjoy helping people improve their land and make it more functional, usable, and ready for the future.
